Three handicaps, Tom (Dino) deaf, Dick (Anuj) blind, and Harry (Jimmy) dumb, try to impress on Celina (who just moved opposite their house), but she ignore them, Bijlee (Kim). a fishmonger, is simply besotted by Tom, and she's never one to suppress her feelings. Suprano (Gulshan) a bad man, is out to prove that he is the worst villain ever. Tom, Dick and Harry unknowingly becomes a target of Suprano, by being the biggest barrier in his business deals.
