Mithilesh (Rajpal Yadav) and Veena (Rituparna Sengupta) appear mismatched at first glance but they are content with each other and look forward to a lifetime of happiness together. Somehow with the beautiful Veena by his side, Mithlesh suddenly develops an inferiority complex. Soon he has to contend with his charmingly macho neighbour and colleague, Akash Pratap Sungh (Kay Kay Menon) who is everything he aspired to be. As Mithlesh struggles to contain his insecurities he systematically lands all of them in impossibly tragic comic situation.
