In 2009, Sakamoto Masayuki, a Japanese of Korean origin who faintly remembers his national identity, pledges allegiance to the Japanese. When a small number of Korean resistance retaliate against Japanese forces through an underground union, Sakamoto suddenly finds himself caught in a conspiracy. He begins to think that Seoul may not be a part of Japan and embarks on a mission to find the truth.
