The salon is the main room in the home, the place where family and friends come together. Previously found only in the mansions of the upper classes and reserved for banquets and balls, the salon has today evolved into the lounge or living room. The living rooms in this 600 page volume have been arranged according to decorative and architectural style. In addition to contemporary lounges in keeping with the majority of tastes, there are vintage lounges, and the minimalist living rooms that have now become a classic.

Clubs, by their very nature, offer exclusivity. This book contains more than twenty outstanding projects including a jockey club, a yacht club, a gold club, a SPA bath health club, a private party club, a sports club and a business club. Full-colour photos illustrate each project and are accompanied by detailed explanatory texts.
